Every step, in order

Some goals aren't a single number — they're a sequence. Moving apartment, onboarding at a new job, launching a side project: each one is a series of steps that have to happen in a particular order. Deploy's workflow component lays those steps out as a connected line, so you can see at a glance which ones are done and which one comes next.

Done, and what's next

Each step has a circle beside it. Completed steps are filled in; the rest stay hollow. Because the steps are connected top to bottom, the first hollow circle is always the next thing to do — no scanning a list to work out where you left off.

Common uses:

• Life admin — moving apartment, renewing a passport, planning a trip.
• Projects — milestones from first draft to launch.
• Routines — a morning or weekly routine you want to run the same way every time.
