Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Deploy ("we", "us") collects when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than dense legal text.
What we collect
Account data. When you sign up with Google or a magic link, we store your email address, and if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
Content you create. Dashboards, components and the data points you enter into them. This is entirely under your control — it's whatever you choose to track, and it can include personal information depending on what that is.
Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store your subscription status, plan and renewal date. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle.
How we use it
To authenticate you and keep you signed in, to operate the dashboards and components you create, to process and manage paid subscriptions, and to communicate with you about your account (e.g. sign-in links, billing notifications).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Deploy, each of whom processes data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Paddle — payment processing and billing, as our Merchant of Record.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Google — optional sign-in, if you choose that method.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't track you across other sites.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings — this immediately and irreversibly deletes your profile, dashboards, components and subscription records. Nothing is retained after deletion.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. You can exercise most of these rights yourself directly in Settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
