Terms of Service

Deploy is a dashboard app for tracking things in your life — habits, workouts, goals, spending and similar — using progress bars, status cards and graphs that you configure yourself.

You need an account to use Deploy, created via Google sign-in or an email magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for anything that happens under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use Deploy.

Deploy offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Unlimited plans, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and Merchant of Record — your purchase is subject to Paddle's own terms and refund policy in addition to these terms. We don't see or store your payment details.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings, via the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or Paddle's own policies.

Everything you enter into your dashboards — labels, values, titles and any other data — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it. You're solely responsible for what you choose to track and enter, and for making sure it doesn't violate any law or anyone else's rights. We only use your content to operate the service for you.

Don't use Deploy to store or share anything illegal, use it to abuse or interfere with the service or other users, or try to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or infrastructure that isn't yours.

Deploy's branding, design, code and other materials belong to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the app normally.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your profile, dashboards and subscription records. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Deploy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Deploy, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to in your own country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
